“I ordered some additional LVT to finish a project, but the estimated delivery date has come and gone with absolutely no communication from the company. Over the past three days, I have tried reaching them through every available channel—email, phone, and Facebook Messenger—but haven't been able to get hold of anyone. Since my credit card was already charged, I've had no choice but to initiate a chargeback with my bank. Even if they are on holiday or temporarily closed, it’s incredibly unprofessional not to have a notice on their website or an automated email reply. Leaving customers completely in the dark about their orders is unacceptable.”

“Absolutely terrible experience .ordered qty 5 shower panels due in 3-5 days but only qty 4 panels arrived ( with paperwork stating qty 5 ) 2 days late promised the panel within 5 days didn't arrive ( had to postpone bathroom )no one contacted me again and then then I had to chase them up,and tell them they didn't arrive again finally the panel arrived after another 7 days . Customer service is abysmal don't shop here :- could have got these panels from a number of stockists but chose the absolutely wrong one. Ps still trying to rebook my bathroom install nightmare”
