“Really good, but didn’t deliver anything and took me chasing them. Once I did, they said they would call back and never did. Then arranged re-delivery of missing items without communication and on a day I explicitly said I would not be available to take delivery. Only reason why I didn’t give a 5* review. However, they arranged everything, it is good quality and value for money and they are quite efficient and friendly.”

“Accepting that the material for the laminate flooring samples comes at a cost somewhere along the line, it was not unreasonable to be asked to pay for delivery. However, they took a full week to arrive, which was a little disapppinting, whether this was caused by the carrier or not I cannot tell. More than that, though, the samples themselves were barely half the size of those from another supplier, from whom I had two sets, free of any charge.”

They really took the time to ensure I had all the information I needed, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What stood out immediately was the generous sample size they provided—much larger than any other company I tried—and it even came with a detailed brochure. No other company I contacted had gone to that level of effort. The floor was delivered in just a couple of days, which was a pleasant surprise after dealing with other companies that took over a week. Delivery was right on time with no hassle whatsoever, and the live tracker to follow the delivery driver’s progress was a great touch that gave me peace of mind. Price-wise, the flooring was even slightly cheaper than what I found elsewhere, making the whole experience not just smoother but more affordable too. Unfortunately, I had also ordered samples—and even the same floor—from other companies that turned out to be unprofessional, rude, and completely unreliable. “Ordered a sample of the grey high gloss laminate . It arrived very quick. Was disappointed when it arrived as it’s not the same colour as shown on the website which was disappointing as it was a lot lighter than on the website”
